Wheelchairs have been a theme since 2012, when I built a LEGO wheelchair that carries a 90 kg person. The current one is an electric wheelchair rebuilt as a robot with arcade RC steering: Arduino motor control, RC drive, a latching e-stop with a 300 ms watchdog, and onboard recording of LiDAR, IMU, GPS and camera.
